Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 September 2026
These terms are an agreement between you (the customer) and Appable Systems, which operates Klarity. By using Klarity you accept these terms.
1. The service
Klarity provides an AI chat agent for your website and channels, and customer-intelligence features. Exactly what you get depends on the plan you choose. We may improve or change features over time; we will not remove a core feature you pay for without notice.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for your account, your team's access, and keeping login details safe.
- You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You must have the right to connect any data source you link to Klarity.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Klarity to break the law, to send spam, to harm others, to attempt to breach security, or to handle data you have no right to. We may suspend an account that puts the service or others at risk.
4. Your data and your customers
You own your content and your customers' data. You grant us the limited right to process it to run the service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are the data controller for your customers' data; we act as your processor.
5. Fees and payment
- Prices are in Nigerian Naira and shown before you buy.
- Business plans are billed monthly. Enterprise plans are billed by invoice, usually quarterly in advance, against an annual agreement.
- Setup and onboarding for enterprise plans are quoted per client.
- Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires or we agree in writing.
6. Trials
Where a free trial is offered, it runs for the stated period. You can cancel before it ends. If you continue, the plan you picked begins.
7. Availability
We work to keep Klarity available and reliable. Enterprise plans may include a service-level agreement (SLA). We are not liable for downtime caused by events outside our control.
8. The AI
Klarity uses AI to answer and to act. It is designed to work from your approved knowledge and data. AI can still make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing important answers and for the settings you choose, such as what the agent may do and when it hands off to a person.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Klarity is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Klarity at any time. For monthly plans, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. For annual agreements, the notice terms in your contract apply. On termination we will, on request, help you export your data before deletion.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for material changes, tell account holders. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are subject to the courts of Rivers State, Nigeria.
